Özet
Since prehistoric times, individuals have entered the process of developing various communication techniques. Despite human's ability to think, the effort to communicate with language has made it possible to create various languages and to communicate. Moreover, man has not only been contented with the people around him who use the same communication language, but has also tried to communicate with people who speak different languages. As a result of this situation, individuals have succeeded in learning different languages. In our rapidly globalizing world, there are no borders as a result of continuous technological development. Individuals speaking different languages started to communicate with each other. He tries to teach and learn different languages as a part of the globalizing world in Turkey. Thus, foreign language learning and teaching gained importance and momentum. Creative drama method has become a phenomenon that attracts attention as an effective teaching technique. Creative Drama method, which has been used effectively in language teaching in Europe and achieved positive results, has also increased its importance in Turkey and has been used within the scope of foreign language teaching. Drama plays an important role in foreign language teaching in order to increase children's creativity and fulfill their active participation. Teachers have a great responsibility in the implementation of this technique. It is believed that teachers should have sufficient knowledge within the scope of this technique and be able to use it effectively.
