dc.description.abstract | Steel structures can be designed using moment-resisting frame systems or braced framesystems. Torsional irregularities can occur in non-symmetrical structures designed withmoment-resisting steel frame systems. These torsional irregularities can be eliminatedby adding braces to moment-resisting steel frame systems. In this study, X-type braceswere added to the moment-resisting steel frame system with A1 torsional irregularityand torsional irregularity was prevented. | en_US |
