Arapçada Eş Anlamlılık Ve Kelimeler Arasındaki Anlam Benzerliği
Özet
Synonyms abound in all languages and may differ within and between languages. The issue of whether there is a synonym in language is still a matter of debate. Whether there is a synonymy in the language is still a matter of debate. For this reason, both researchers and linguists are divided into two groups: those who argue that there is close meaning in language not synonym, and those who do not consider synonymy in language as a problem. This dissident is not just a former dispute and remains today. Actually, this situation was an old problem for linguists who have written many works to clarify. The ancient Arabs knew the difference between synonyms innately, as they learned them from their surroundings, but for the non-Arabs, they need someone to explain it to them such as Abu Hilal al-Askari. As well as Abu Hilal al-Askari who conducted research and examination on this issue that İbnu'l-Arabî, Câhiz, Kutrub, al-Kilâbî, Asmaî, İbnu's-Sikkît, es-Sicistânî, ez-Zeccâc, İbni Cinnî, İbni Fâris, al-Cezâirî. Synonyms words that exist in the language narrow the language in terms of word diversity. In this study it is discussed that is seen more clearly in Arabic which has a long history. In this study, we also expressed how synonyms have an impact on the language, their presence in the language and the approaches of linguists towards the issue. It was found, through the methodological investigation of the ideas and studies of Ebȗ Hilâl el-'Askerî etc. who conducted research and examination on this issue, that words with the status of a synonym in the language are actually near-synonyms and they restrict the the lexical diversity of the language. The study is expected to shed light on the issue and contribute to the literature in this regard.
