dc.description.abstractWithin the scope of this work, the postgraduate theses focusing on organisational climate in Turkey are considered with reference to their subject matters and methods to describe the present situation of the studies on this particular field. The case study is chosen among the qualitative study methods and the course to be followed by the theses on the organisational climate are tried to be defined. There are 70 graduate theses including the organisational climate in its title in the Thesis Centre of Turkish Council of Higher Education. 56 of these theses are open to access as a result of the permission from their respective authors. These 56 dissertations were examined in depth for their scope and method. Thus, the examinations on the variables which the organisational climate matter is associated with, the direction of the organisational climate studies and the method to be preferred in organisational climate studies are carried out to contribute to the field. The conclusion part of the study provides some recommendations to future studies in the field of organisational climate.en_US
