Getting children active with some physical activities is one of the most important parental attitudes for today's society, which is accustomed to a sedentary lifestyle. Activities that provide physical activity for children should include both indoor and outdoor activities. Education about the benefits of exercise and how to incorporate daily movement into our lives is crucial to creating a healthy lifestyle. Incorporating physical activity into early childhood play is the most qualified tool to aid a child's development. It is important to allocate time for play-based activities and games, both in child care and in preschool educational institutions. Games should attract the child's attention and there should be opportunities for the child to demonstrate his talents. Creating positive attitudes towards physical activity from early childhood is very important for young people to maintain their healthy habits into adulthood. Many girls cannot find an environment where they can engage in physical activity. Too many children don't get the social support they need to develop healthy habits. In the field of education, the quality of the teacher and the school environment are very important. It is very important to have teachers who are trained in line with the needs of the age, who can educate their students qualifiedly, and who use information technologies. Teacher attitudes, beliefs and expectations; directly affects the quality of education. In the light of this information, in this research; The effects of games involving physical movement and digital games on children were examined. At the same time, the mediating role of teacher attitudes was investigated and as a result, it was concluded that children should be supported for games that involve physical movement; It has been revealed that digital games and current information should be used in children's education, and teachers' attitudes towards playing games are also important.en_US
