İdrac ve Hadisçilere Göre İdracın Sözlük ve Terim Manası Arasındaki İlişki

Abstract

Abstract In the study, the definition of idrac, the relationship between its dictionary and technical meanings of this word have been discussed. In fact, idrac is studied in two parts, because there is no common point in the scholars' description of idrac. These were pointed out a little in this study, and the parts of the idrac have been stated. While İdracu’l-text is divided into three parts, idracu’s-sened is divided into five. Each of the chapters is explained with its own example and examined. In addition, the reasons of idrac are explained, all of them are explained with examples, and most of them with induction (evidence based) principle. The ways leading to the recognition of the idrac, and the permissible and non-permissible provisions, the works on the subject of mudrec hadiths in order to facilitate its definition and meaning have been mentioned. It is concluded that Idraq is one of the hadiths and it can only be known by bringing together and studying induction, comparison and tarik.
